"I booked for a very late hour compared to the hour of the parson, about 14 (back from a flight) but they guaranteed us good food and a great service the same. Beautiful and comfortable location, friendly and prepared staff, we immediately offered a small aperitif waiting for orders. Typical dishes of Verona with appetizers of meats and cheeses, pike in sauce with polenta. Bigoli with musso (sinus) and a grilled per second. Really great, well cooked, and served. Very good the small pastries of villafranca with mascarpone room"

capitel brinchi is the only place I go if I want a gluten-free pizza. I do a total of 40 km each time but it is absolutely worth it all the time! I also ate them often, all you find on the menu can become gf. super recommended

If we could give a rating of 10 we would definitely do! We are client of Diego cuisine for almost 10 years (since he was located in Caselle di Sommacampagna) and the amazing quality of his home made recipes has never changed. Our favourites are the bigoli alla Brinchi, pastisada de caval, baccalà. The real taste of traditional dishes is always an exceptional experience and the cost is absolutely reasonable. Definitely recommended, this place is star.
