Comida casera espectacular, tambien con muchas opciones por los vegetarianos. la duena es una mujer muy amable y profesional.

Sin dudas Garachico tiene muchos lugares....pero este no te lo puedes perder. Presentación, sabor y cantidad excelentes. Atención perfecta y agradable...luego esta el lugar con sus muros de un metro de casona antigua pero bien conservada.

Lugar algo escondido, pero bonito y con encanto. Productos canarios. Amplia carta. Tardan en la preparación de los platos pero vale mucho la pena la espera. Está todo recién hecho. Recomendamos los tallarines salteados con verduritas añadiendo pollo o gambas, muy buenos. A tener en cuenta que no nos han dejado pagar con tarjeta de crédito, solo efectivo o bizum (cosa que no nos ha gustado demasiado) Recomendable 100

We went on the recommendation of a local lottery vendor, and the truth is that the experience was disastrous. Long waits between dishes, little organization due to lack of staff, the cooks acted as room staff. The food wasn't anything to write home about either, they didn't have half of the menu, something inexplicable for 2:15 p.m. Some Canarian starter, but mostly the seconds were more like Spanish food. We ordered a pumpkin cream, a scrambled egg and a zucchini and tuna omelette. It was good, but we expected typical dishes from the region. Un lugar lleno de matices. Este verano, decidimos visitarlo un lunes y, con una semana de antelación, hicimos una reserva para nuestro grupo de 11 personas. Al llegar, nos encontramos prácticamente solos, y el servicio, dirigido por el propio dueño, fue excepcional y muy ameno. Además, la limpieza del lugar destacaba por su calidad. Sin embargo, las complicaciones surgieron cuando llegamos a la comida. 20th sept The welcome was anything but professional, we sat down only to be informed that 2/3 of the menu was not available, we should have left at that point, but we decided to stay and hope for the best. The wine was warm making the cold water more acceptable. The starter was ok, but before we could finish the main meal arrived, all very quick and rushed. We ordered chicken in red sauce what we got was a disgusting mess of frozen chicken drum sticks floating in grease and a few frozen chips, no veg, though they supposedly on the menu. We could NOT eat what had been put before us (we think the chef hadn’t turned up that night) so we left, the waiter didn’t question why after only 20 minutes...

We had been waiting for this to open since the menu looked traditional. However sadly disappointed- we had decided what we wanted to order but were then told they were unavailable, in fact as we went through the items many were unavailable. They should have just used a board advertising what was available. Eventually found something- chefs specialty scrambled eggs- basically lots of fried potato sitting in a lake of oil with a few bits of rubberised egg. No seasoning or flavour. Salad was a meagre offering, especially for the price- about half a tomato, 3 pieces of avocado and some minute pieces of cheese spread out carefully to look like more.
