excellent service and price quality. I have tasted several daily menus. and according to my opinion, they are of high quality for those we eat out of the house almost every day. I recommend it.

We went for lunch on a sunday and had the most fantastic and, for us, surprising salat with pickled partridge. It was absolutely amazing! Homemade icecreams for dessert. If you visit Binissalem give Can Jan a try. Food was fantastic, service was great, pricing very moderate and you can sit outside if you prefer, right by the church. Much recommended!!

This restaurant has changed hands several times since I've been eating out in Binissalem, but I hope the current owners are here to stay. The food is absoutely fabulous, I really can't fault it at all in any way. The small team are wonderful, the service is thoughtful and attentive, the tables outside on the piazza terrace are a lovely place to sit, and even the table settings are beautiful. And in terms of value I can't believe how they can charge so little for such exceptional quality. Our bill last night was less than 70 Euros for two, two courses each plus coffee incuding a 20 Euro bottle of (very good) local wine.
