This is such a wonderful romantic date spot. Candlelit late lunch or dinner in the fantastic restaurant with the most delicious Italian food. Yummy past and dreamy pasta dishes. Lovely service and a must visit.

Delicious food but our portions were very small and therefore overpriced. My chair was quite unstable and our table so close to the wall than I couldn't fit my small shopping bag at my feet. Our waiters were lovely and the decor charming.

The food is beautiful, the open kitchen is lovely, and the atmosphere is fabulous. The service is always friendly, and the seafood pasta is amazing! This is one of my favorite places for delicious Italian food and great wine in east London. Voir le carte

Absolutely delicious food with exceptional service. We went here on a sunny weekend afternoon, and the atmosphere is great especially with the beautiful sunlight. We had the Monkfish cassuola and beef ragu pappardelle, and both were just delicious! Staffs were very friendly and helpful and the design of the place was really charming.

The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding! Our waitress was incredibly friendly, efficient, and well-informed, making our dinner a perfect evening with my sister. We enjoyed the bread, salad, gnudi, and pappardelle, and everything was absolutely delicious. The gnudi and pappardelle were truly exceptional! I will definitely be coming back regularly. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, when it comes to the food, we tried the cheese ball, risotto, ragu pasta, seafood pasta, and fish stew. Overall, the flavors were just okay and a bit bland. The risotto lacked salt, leaving it flavorless, and the seafood pasta didn't have the right texture. I think perhaps, we were very unlucky because if you look at the prior ratings and the popularity one would expect a lot more. The service was not good at all on this specific night the kitchen lost our order, then when the appetisers eventually arrived one of them were also wrong. They tried to make up with removing 2 glasses of wine from our bill but the experience was ruined already. Some of the dishes lacked seasoning (basic salt pepper, I eventually stood up and looked and found the shakers myself because the waitron never came around). As for the food, it was okay, nothing mind blowing. I think they started relying on their existing success instead of keeping on top of their game.

Our time here was amazing. We knew it may be hard to get in as it’s quite cozy but very popular, but to our surprise we got in! We loved our food, the bread was tasty, and came quickly, and all of the team were extremely helpful and guided us through the menu. We (especially the kids) loved the cat sat in the basket, Rosie, and then our mains arrived. The Pappardelle was amazing, and the lamb was perfectly tender, it melted in the mouth. This was followed by the cake, which was extremely delicious and not too dense; a quality I struggle to find nowadays. I will definitely be coming back here for an evening meal, as we came in the afternoon this time. Thank you a lot for a great early dinner!

If you are in the area and looking for some delicious food, give this restaurant a try. I had heard about it from friends who recommended it, and it certainly lived up to the hype. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as it can get busy during peak times. The menu is somewhat limited, but they offer new daily specials that are fresh and incredibly tasty. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is lovely, the staff is extremely friendly, and overall it was a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning whenever I have the opportunity! I tried the lamb ragu, spaghetti with clams, fish and clam soup, and a steamed fish dish with greens. For dessert, I had a...
