In my experience Calvani Restaurant is by far the best restaurant in the Sabina-region, only 50 km from Rome. Time and again chef Francesco Calvani surpasses himself by creating superb and delicious dishes. We have eaten at Calvani’s regularly this year, to find a new and surprising menu every single time. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Go there and enjoy!

We had a great meal! The staff very kind, immediately welcomed us bringing the welcome of the chef accompanied by bubbles. Francesco is the talented chef and owner of this restaurant. He is only 33 years old, but he certainly has a gift that he has deepened in his many experiences abroad and then returned to his homeland. We took tuna tartare, kataifi prawns, queue in tempura and braised cheek. The cheek on all will be unforgettable, but each dish has a strong personality and attention to techniques, taste and details. Bravo Francesco! We'll be back soon.
