Suelo viajar bastante y una de las cosas que me gusta es probar la gastronomia de distintos restaurantes que me aconsejan, pero mira por donde, uno de los mejores lo tenia en mi provincia; es un restaurante que destaca totalmente con su continua cocina innovadora y sus ganas de agradar y satisfacer a la clientela con las distintas jornadas gastronómicas que realiza en diferentes temporadas. Es un restaurante que se puede aconsejar sin miedo a equivocarse, sencillamente lo calificaria como muy bueno o excelente. Pruebalo y no te arrepentiras...............

Elegimos el menú Gastromercat y nos gustó mucho. Los ingredientes, de primerísima calidad y las elaboraciones, muy cuidadas y equilibradas, con algunos platos muy sorprendentes, como el tomate de penjar. Lo cierto es que el nivel es muy alto y no decae desde el primer entrante hasta el último petit four. El sitio es muy agradable, acogedor y luminoso y el personal es muy amable y diligente. Quiero agradecer el exquisito detalle que tuvieron con nosotros y es que, en la reserva, advertí que no como cordero y me sirvieron un plato diferente, también delicioso, sin privar a mi marido y mi hija de disfrutar el plato de cordero correspondiente al menú.
