"Other than the obvious: grand hotel in a former royal palace, beautiful and historically significant, the cook and restaurant staff (particularly the camarera who served our table) deserve a special mention. We choose the culture menu. It contained very interesting cultural and historical dishes (such as Puls Punica and Garum), deliciously prepared with excellent ingredients and well presented. The roasted Iberian chop was cooked to perfection. The Brewat with cod was a deliciously surprising combination of taste and texture. The camarera who served our table, besides being very friendly, did her job in a very professional manner. Discreet yet attentive, quick to clear away empty dishes and bring new ones. Helpful too, in explaining ingredients. All in all this counts amongst my top dining experiences ever."

Car park, swimming pool excellent. Walk down to town and back to hotel very steep. At 5 pm could not get a drink or coffee all bars and cafes shut.

Paradores hotel was historic hotel, big room and comfortable, Quiet place with the beautiful countryside view, Breakfast should have more salad and cooks food but overall is good, staffs friendly. Recommend!

Located in an Arab zar of the xiv century, with an incredible patio, rich living rooms, such as its old refectory and thus ceramic decorations and Mudejars, it is a must visit if you go to carmona if the accommodation is not possible, if it is to have a coffee and see when the sunset of the set, and the views of the distance of its terrace hanging on the top, will certainly not regret it.
