very unfriendly staff, which speaks only German :) do not spoil your vacation here! it seems that they do not like strangers, but are very skillful in that they feel uncomfortable!

I will not come back. . . they do not accept credit cards and they can not use pins unless they give out at least 15 €. sent us out in the strong rain to get cash. not customer-friendly!

located on the famous marienplatz, this place offers satisfaction for all senses. on busy days, the service can be a little slow, and here the people come into play, and before they are provided, they are served. Voir le carte

during a short trip to Munich I had the opportunity to dine on this place. the location of this restaurant is fantastic and you have to sit outside to have a better view and a better ambiente. the food is delicious and the service fast. more expensive, but ok for the location and the ambiente.

I had just the worst customer experience of my life on this place tonight when I got the bill, since you pos neither accepts international credit cards nor wpay, the owner forced me to pick up in the rain cash money at the cash machine, to put a broken umbrella on me and to take my iphone seriously in custody. when I came back with the money, my sunglasses were on the table away. balance of dinner: a burned carving, a cheap glass wein, a customer treatment that is worth a thief, and a stolen sunglasses. Luckily, we have received customer reviews on google and tripadvisor to help customers get the right information to make a smart selection of restaurants.

we bought a nice egg selection and sat with the wish to order coffee, as coffee (after 19 o'clock) was no longer available at the ice stand. the waitress came to us and said we should go because we can't sit there with ice cream. then she went without asking if we wanted to order something. because we wanted to order a coffee and maybe a hot chocolate for the children, we continued. then the next waitress came and explained that we bought a wrong place (her?) at the wrong price (why did they sell it to us?) and we should go and we can't order a coffee here. the place was half empty at that time. betraying customers is not really the best way to make business or to provide services.
