I'm sorry, but 16€ for cold pasta? the restaurant has a great view, but unfortunately the service was not good. they did not even see me in the face and did not ask if everything was in order and seemed very stressed, although it was not very crowded this day and most guests did not order food, only cocktails. Maybe they had a bad day.
