"Even though the location, view and ambience are wonderful, the service is significantly below average. Whether overwhelmed, too many guests with too few staff or a luxury problem... blunt ignorance and blindly walking past despite repeated announcements is unacceptable. Rating of food is subject to comments from neighboring tables recorded in the periphery. Basically ok and tasty and acceptable in terms of price for performance. Indication of order other as a failed attempt to place an order. Waiter! May I perhaps bring you something? Loriot). Rating price 1-10€ as a systemic algorithm Requirement of a minimum “price” because ultimately nothing is ordered."

"We were on family vacation (two adults and two teenagers) and went on a Saturday night at 7:30. The restaurant was moderately crowded, but we had not issue getting a table outside on the patio and could have had our choice of tables inside.It took about 15 minutes before we could even order drinks. Once we ordered drinks and an appetizer the drinks came quickly, but the appetizer was no where to be found. I don't consider Bruschetta to be a complicated appetizer, but it arrived approx 30 minutes after the drinks. When the food finally did arrive we got 3 of the 4 orders... the spaghetti with red sauce for my son was missing. Again, not the hardest dish to make. Clearly they had forgotten to put the order in, but rather than telling us what was going on they went forward and served three out of the four people and gave no explanation for what was happening.The entire meal ended up being a 2 hour experience that was very poorly handled. Once we did get the food it was excellent. They took the opportunity for a great experience and turned it into an ordeal to be endured.One last thing... better be a dog lover because everyone in the neighborhood brings their dog. It is not an issue other than the occasional bark fest when people come and go, but be prepared."

"According to the incidents, the owner of the pizzeria has reported, apologised and confirmed improvement. The apology we accepted The best in advance. The pizza very tasty, with penne noodles also no complaint.Our misfortune today was that unfortunately on the previous day we had failed to reserve a table. We were still set on a so-called cat table right in front of the kitchen area pizza oven due to many reservations and empty 19 o'clock tables. Lucky, you think. Nice warm, outside it started to rain. Then at once the frightening realization that the young people were hungry in the pizza service area (cannot be eaten before?) and made themselves to bread and pizza plating without washing their fingers afterwards. It went easy to lay pizza and the hands were cleaned on the pants. A small subsequent smoke break also took place without hand washing. Do these services have no food experience??? We found it absolutely unhygienic today and tolerate a NoGo as a restaurant owner."
