"A very disappointing first visit to Cafe Fame after several missed opportunities. It was partly my own fault as I'd had a bit of a big night previously and I was looking for a substantial breakfast but this wasn't the place for it. A quick look at the menu would have told me this but when you see somewhere for breakfast ranked 4.5, why would you? What I got was a single Egg Benedict on a slice of toast, 3 slices of cheese and ham and a couple more bits of toast. This and a latte was £12, for effectively a continental breakfast. You can see the size of the potion in the photo before. As Eggs Benedict go it was fine, but definitely was not worth the price"

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding and the milk was served in a cute cow-shaped jug, earning it a perfect 10 out of 10 in my book.

We ordered food and coffee at the restaurant. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes, our coffee arrived cold and there was no sign of any food. After 30 minutes, it seemed like the staff had lost our order. Since we had a train to catch, we decided to pay for our coffee and leave without receiving our food.

Honestly, this is the worst breakfast I have had in Glasgow. The poached egg was overcooked, the toast was disappointing, and the bacon was bad. You would be better off getting something cold from a nearby corner shop. It is obvious that the staff do not care, but the only decent thing on the plate was a slice of continental ham. Please show more care in what you serve. A poached egg should not be as hard as a boiled egg.
