Cafe Bread Butter - Carte

Had a wonderful large breakfast cooked really nicely. Not greasy and everything was cooked with care and nicely presented. Highly recommend.

Full English Breakfast very nice, even though the bacon and sausage was Halal meat. Staff very polite and friendly. Lovely looking cafe inside. Reasonably priced.

This café is quite basic. The door did not shut properly, leading to a cold draft. The toilets were not very clean. The food was decent. The staff, however, were very friendly and provided good service. Voir le carte

There are not many cafes in Cambridge that have exceptional staff, excellent food, and fast service, but this one stands out. The staff always greet you with a smile, are very accommodating and friendly, and the food is amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at this cozy restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. I enjoyed a mocha along with a sun-dried tomato, mozzarella, and black olive toasted panini, which was very tasty. I will definitely be returning now that I know about this place. Voir le carte

Interesting to read the review that said 'dirty looks from staff as 20 minutes from closing ' because that is exactly what happened with us! Gentleman was much more welcoming and took over. I wasn 't expecting much but the Hummus, Falafel and roasted vegetable panini was delicious.

Just popped in for a coffee to kill time while my Wife was getting her hair cut nearby. Stupidly didn’t see the sign that said ‘ Cash only ‘ before I ordered. The owner said it wasn’t a problem and that I could pay next time. A fabulous gesture. The coffee was excellent and luckily my wife had cash on her. I will be back

Wow. We walk in an order a cup of tea to go plus an Americano. Dirty looks from the staff as they were 20 mins from closing, but we digress. The americano was absolutely tiny, 90% foam. The tea was an insult to cafes. The tea was disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. It was the milkiest tea I have ever see. When I got home I tried to fix the tea by adding another tea bag, that’s when I realised she ripped the teabag and the tea was full of the leaves. I knew we were in trouble with the sour looks. She never asked me if I wanted milk or sugar. I mean, how on earth can you run a cafe but be unable to make a cup of tea?? Unforgivable! And I won’t go back. Ps: I wish I took a phot... Voir le carte
