"Visited the cafe today Staff were lovely no issues at all with the service and friendliness of the ladies working . Unfortunately a noisy place that allows dogs indoors , the food was terribly overpriced a cheese sandwich was just under 7.00 asked if we could have cucumber on as didn’t want side salad said they don’t do cucumber , no sauce provided literally just grated cheese on bog standerd white bread . The jacket with Tuna was better , portion size good and filling tasty . But again not worth the price. Nice coffee and milkshake for this reason will only be returning for drinks and cakes in future"

beautiful place to stop. coffee was amazing. personal polite and helpful. we had everything we needed. can not recommend enough.

Had to sit outside due to the interior been closed at midday. Served by a member of staff who was unhelpful clearly in the wrong job and to top it off the cakes are very mediocre.

I love it here. we are often visitors, as we are trentham fit. eating is delicious and it is the best ice cream ever! the personal works hard. very recommended here for a nice wind down time. Voir le carte

Very inefficient at taking orders. Waited for 25mins for a que which wasn’t even long. We ordered 2 espressos and were charged £5.20… for 2 espressos. So effectively, slow service and over priced in summary.

I really lost focus on the coffees I was buying because of the amazing time it took to place my order and then the wait until eventually two simple cups of coffee arrived. I was buying for my lady so stuck with it longer than...

Having stood in the queue i got to the till only to to discover that cadwaladers only take card payments. Having forgotten my cards I had managed to pay with cash in all the other shops at the trentham shopping village but wasn't able to sit and enjoy a coffee . Shame on you for excluding a proportion of society, who for what ever reason, don't have payment cards.

Nice place. Had to queue for about 10 minutes but you could see staff were busy. Ordered tea and toastie. Tea brought over, couple of minutes wait for food. Staff lovely and helpful. They dont accept cash but I never have any on me. Guy in front of me wanted to pay cash but had a card too so that was resolved. Its a cafe not a restaurant so not sure why so many negative comments about the food. We enjoyed ours
