Bello bello bello... Mi sono trovata davvero bene, ho scelto il menù degustazione per scoprire questo posto e mi ha soddisfatta pienamente, un tripudio di sapori, piatti belli, impiattamenti curati, buoni vini... Mi piace la scelta di privilegiare i prodotti locali e il fatto che abbiano avuto un occhio di riguardo per le mie intolleranze e abbiano dedicato un piatto alla bambina... Ci tornerò di sicuro

Bella scoperta! Poco distante da Trento io e mia moglie abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante sotterraneo , ambiente curato dal design alpino contemporaneo. Ma a farla da padrone non sono legno, pietra e metallo ma bensì la cucina. Piatti sinceri, buoni, studiati e ben presentati, dal sapore vero come lo staff del ristorante. Nice discovery! Not far from Trento, my wife and I had dinner at this underground restaurant, a contemporary Alpine design environment. But it is not wood, stone and metal, but the kitchen. Sincere dishes, good, studied and well presented, with a true taste as the staff of the restaurant. Wine matching can be improved but I will definitely return! Vegetarian options: Excellent eggplant dumplings, exceptional red turnip dish. Voir le carte
