Trattoria sulla collinetta della valle circostante, bella veranda, interno rustico con tanti monili, ampio parcheggio e piccolo parco giochi. Cibo prevalentemente a base di carne, molto buono, e personale molto gentile.

Posto incantevole! Per una buona fiorentina fai senza andare a Firenze Toscana) c'è Ca del bras e vai sicuro sempre!!! Ottima carne grazie all'esperienza del titolare che se n'è intende, antipasti sublimi e primi da leccarsi i baffi anche i dolci ottimi! Voto 10 sempre una garanzia.

Ragazzi questo posto va dritto nella top ten dei ristoranti dove ho mangiato negli ultimi 20 anni... la qualità del cibo e ottima dagli antipasti, il crostone con la salsiccia dovrebbe essere illegale tanto e buono., passando per i primi pasta fatta in casa così come il sugo di funghi. E i ravioli? Sono a dir poco perfetti.. la fiorentina che ci hanno proposto e stata un trionfo di gusto elegantemente servita sulla pietra e dalla cottura al sangue perfetta.. il sorbetto per chiudere la cena fatto in casa era delizioso. Il rapporto qualità prezzo e ottimo e un posto da provare e in cui tornare

We decided to take the secondary road, rather than the motorway from Parma down to la Spezia. Beautiful winding drive through wonderful wooded mountains with beautiful scenery and pretty small villages. The drive alone was worth it but the lunchtime stop at Trattoria Ca dal Brass made it an utterly magical day. Nestled near the top of the range, the ambience, fine food, great wine and excellent, friendly service of this excellent place combined to present something that simply can’t be artificially created.
