"We passed the twinkling fairy lights of this restaurant on the way to our hotel and knew we wanted to eat there. Little did we know that it was a Michelin star restaurant. For our first Michelin star restaurant experience, this was a great one. We got a mix of things so we could share. You also get little treats from the kitchen, which was a great way to try new things. I didn’t know how much I like chestnut until eating here. The dining room is small and encased in glass. We were seated at 7, which seems to be early for Italy. By the end of the night, the room was full. We started with an apperitif , which was lovely and crisp. I ordered. the wagu beef and a spin on lasagna. I loved the beef. It was seared and seasoned to perfection. The lasagna was both a hit and a miss. I liked the pasta itself with bites of minced meat. It sat on a bed of ricotta cheese. A king sized bed. It was too much cheese: I couldn’t decide if it was for show or meant to be eaten. For dessert, I had the lemon shortbread. I love lemon. I didn’t love this. The lemon was too tart and needed to be tempered. The shortbread was too dry. Other things were excellent, including the wine and the bread and every surprise. A carrot was a revelation. The staff was very warm. It was a lovely Tuscan Thanksgiving!"

a pleasant surprise. structure with a beautiful dehors with attached garden, both very bright. exquisite gourmet-creative cuisine. recommended also for the price quality ratio, obviously within the limits of the type of restaurant.

L’unicità è conoscere un ristorante stellato con lo chef proprietario coadiuvato dal figlio. Abbiamo scelto il percorso “Cibo ed emozioni” con otto portate mixate tra terra e mare,aggiungendoci la degustazione di cinque calici. Fantastico il risotto con il salmone,sublime il piccione cotto alla brace. Otto portate di assoluto livello che giustificano di gran lunga la stella Michelin assegnata. Personale giovane,preparato e gentilissimo,la location è elegante e molto riservata. Voto 10 e lode.

Arrivando in questo luogo sembra di entrare in una favola. Comodo il parcheggio privato da un giardino perfettamente curato si ha accesso alla struttura che oltre a gazebi all'aperto offre sauna comoda veranda chiudibile con vetrate a scomparsa. La struttura d'epoca, un antico cascinale, perfettamente ristrutturata è poi una ulteriore chicca. Per quanto riguarda il cibo la stella Michelin è sicuramente meritata. Personale altamente qualificato, cordiale e premuroso. I menù degustazione sono fantastici ed il sommelier ti consiglia i migliori abbinamenti sulle portate soprattutto scegliendo il percorso di assaggi al bicchiere. Un'esperienza unica sicuramente da provare. Bravi.
