Locale molto carino, elegante e raffinato. Il personale è giovane ma esperto, molto disponibile e attento. I piatti sono ottimi, di qualità. Ci tornerò.

È un piccolo ristorante gestito da giovani gentili e premurosi. I piatti sono curati nell’aspetto e ricercati nel gusto. Ho apprezzato anche la cucina a vista e la pulizia impeccabile del locale.

We had a great dinner here. The food was really nice and delicious. Other reviews said the menu was small, but there were many ways to choose from with meat, fish and vegetarian options. They serve Italian/European food and some traditional dishes with a modern twist. The service was good and the server spoke good English. It was quite sad that we were the only guests there, but understandable how the location was on a quite side street. We definitely recommend going here.

Abbiamo provato questo locale tramite the fork. Sicuramente i punti di forza sono :Servizio ottimo con tempi d'uscita del cibo perfetti. Il tonno è una crema, ottima anche la pasta. Il locale è piccolo meriterebbe una sala più grande, anche per distanziare i tavoli troppo vicini). Prezzi alla carta troppo alti così come il servizio 3 euro a persona) accessibili grazie alla scontistica di the fork. Locale molto bello, accogliente e con il personale che ti mette fin da subito a tuo agio. Per l’occasione abbiamo voluto provare come antipasto un flan di zucca, davvero una sorpresa. Cremoso e delicato! Come primo abbiamo optato per la Variazione di Risotto con Zucca. Accoppiata zucca e Guanciale croccante davvero vincente. Mentre come secondo siamo stati tentati dallo Stinco di Maiale laccato al miele dell’Etna. Carne al taglio e al morso morbida e tenera. Locale curato e assolutamente consigliato se siete alla ricerca di materie prime di qualità, di piatti tradizionale ma con quel tocco di modernità che non guasta mai.

A small oasis of quiet carefreeness between minimal chic style and tastes well dosed and delicious, the room is small and precious both for the refined furniture and for the extreme care of the customer. The dishes are innovative but intrigued with tradition and the use of siculi products enhances the taste of our specialties. The service is professional and courteous, it almost seems to be regular customers even if entered for the first time. There are several complaints for a little high prices but the quality of raw materials justifies the menu not really cheap and sometimes we deserve a small luxury that makes us happy.

Had a wonderful meal here. Started with the Nidi di Tuma (step cheese that was beautiful. Followed by Spaghettoni con Mousse di Burrata. The pasta dish was amazing! It was creamy but balanced in taste. Very refreshing from all typical Sicilian pasta dishes you see everywhere. I finished my meal with a Stinco di Maiale (pork knuckle). That was a bit exaggerated on my part when I forgot how big a pig is actually. It also came within a few minutes after I finished my pasta (I guess this is an Italian thing to digest court immediately without time in between? , so it was actually a challenge to end all this. The pork was fine. I would not recommend it if you are used to eat German or Eastern Eur... Voir le carte
