online table reservation was no problem. personally is very polite and competent. eat them excellent, happy again.

The Burgers looked sad, small, sugary and stingy. Very small quantity. Coleslaw is packaged box one. Nothing felt fresh. A bit disappointed!

the drinks came very fast, for which we had to wait forever and then one of the burgers was lukewarm, as well as the pommes. an apology was offered to us a dessert. or a drink. I've eaten this one too, and on the bill he appeared. the indication that this should be the depreciation, was then already reacted. I've been allowed to pay all the drinks. the services are friendly, you can't say anything, but you should be able to remember it or then just get a drink.

We arrived shortly after they opened at 5pm. We've been surprised it got crowded so fast. The location is great, right in the city center. Inside the restaurant is rather dark but still cozy. The Service was very friendly and quick when we ordered, but later they became a little more stressed. But always kept kind! The food was average. When it arrived the pulled beef was not warm, the baked beans even chilled. On request the baked beans have been heated up. But the sweet potato fries are really good! The cheeseburger was ok but also rather cold.The coleslaw on the other hand was warm. It is a pity, the dishes clearly have the potential to make you happy. I the think we won't come back.

Previously, I loved this place. But after my last visit 11.06.2021 I would not recommend to go there! Level of customer service is absolutely awful. I stay there with my colleagues for 2,5 hours, we had a dinner. After we closed the bill I’ve divided to stay to have more beer and food and wait my other friend to join me. But manager of this place asked me to leave the restaurant. She said my reservation expired as soon as I paid my bill and generally they are not allowed to stay more than 2 h (what???? . The table have been taken by others despite I’ve still been there and never left the table! As a result I’ve been roughly asked to go out… never will go to the place, never would recommend i...
