Burger Plus - Menu

Have tried to order on 3 separate occasions from this place with an offer they have available and had my order rejected all three times. If you don’t want people to have the offer then why would you advertise it? Sounds like an issue for trading standards

OMG best burger I have ever I am 50 so have had a few in the past. Like the fact it was not greasy but at the same time not dry just perfect I have paid double this at the restaurants in Camberley nothing comes close to this the chips tasted delicious as well. Bravo

Always really good food, ordered from here many times. We had 1 experience where the food arrived stone cold but this was clearly due to just eat driver not having a bag. Called burger plus and they got it replaced straight away and was great as always. Highly recommend!

Been here several times now and have made my mind that today was the last time after the quality of food was provided the burgers were smothered in sauce can taste more sauce that the patties the chips was good but again few extra chips wont kill you the yellow cobtainer was practically empty.

WAS SHOCKED WHEN THEY GOT THE CHICKEN DONER FROM A POT NOT SURE HOW LONG ITS BEEN THERE, THEN MICROWAVED IT. TASTED SO HARD. NEVER EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE ANYTHING LIKE THIS. GOOD TASTED AWFUL. THEY SAY HALAL BY WRITING ON A A4 PAPER BUT THEY ALL HINDU INCLUDING OWNER. WOULD NOT TRUST THE HALAL LABEL ON WINDOW.

We ordered a kebab wrap with chips and the chips didn’t arrive when I called the shop they were rude on the phone and refused to send the missing food out that I had paid for aswell as that the kebab wrap didn’t have all the salad with it and tasted disgusting and the mozzarella sticks were cold and tasted like they’d been sat on the side for ages. Very poor customer service and wouldn’t recommend the food either

Food came all wrapped lovely, but it was not nice ended up in bin, chicken donna wrap had no salad just greasy funny tasting chicken, cheesy chips wernt very cheesy and tasted bland asked for garlic mayo and burger sauce got a pot of cheap nasty garlic dip. bbq chicken wings had some marinated on then just bbq sauce thrown on was all fatty and smelt funny, was not impressed thatl teach me for trying somewhere different

I can't give this restaurant a zero star rating. This was the worst kebab I have ever tried. First, our order was incorrect and when they brought out the replacement, the "tomato ketchup" was actually pizza sauce and the barbecue sauce did not taste like barbecue sauce at all. I can't even describe the flavor. It was inedible. When we tried to contact the takeaway, they hung up and said they would speak to us tomorrow. We didn't receive a refund and the food was not edible.

This place is an absolute joke. I arrive at the shop at 12.05am on a Friday night as the website said they close at 2am. I turned up, the shutters were down and there were people inside the shop. I called from outside the shop and told them I'm here to order food, they said they closed at 11pm. I said their website said they close at 2am, the worker wasn't offering any explanation and kept saying they were closed. This made me incredibly angry as I drove 15 minute to this spot as it was halal and i heard it was a relatively popular franchise.
