Kein riesen Laden, die Bilder im Internet wirkten hochwertiger als in echt. Toiletten sahen aus wie sau und sind ungepflegt. Essen war lecker und recht flott da.

Trotz Verkleinerung war ich bei meinem letzten besuch zufrieden. Der Bürger war frisch und lecker ! Trotz des ganzen Stresses war das personal immer stehts freundlich. Trotz der negativen Bewertungen habe ich mir mein eigenes Bild gemacht und wurde zum Glück nicht enttäuscht.

I'm not sure if they have the best burgers in town, since I did not try them all, but we were very very satisfied with those great burgers, maybe the meat was not minced at the moment but the stuffed vegetables were fresh and tasty....Good fries, very friendly staff and nice, cozy vintage America setting. They have many burger choices in the menu, however I would say that the taste is standard. They use just regular prepacked meat burgers (I did not tried the chicken burgers). I would not say I was completely dissapointed because the prices are quite ok,...but if you want to get a much better burger In Hamburg you better go to the Hard Rock Cafe or also I recommend the Bird Hamburg...

Wir waren heute bei der Bürgerkette "burger lounge" und waren mehr als enttäuscht. Die Burger sind fast geschmacksneutral und die hausgemachte Soße hat absolut keinen Wiedererkennungswert. Wir waren in der Filiale Lübecker Straße. Die Frikadellen scheinen nicht selbst gemacht zu sein sondern tiefkühlware, von einem Restaurant verlange ich deutlich mehr. Auch die Pommes absolut überfritiert gewesen. Wir sehen uns leider auf keinen Fall wieder.

The burgers are super fresh and you taste the love placed in the burgers. The ingredients are fresh and cost homemade. The service is also very friendly and diligent. The property is easily accessible by bus. It is hygienic clean there and you notice that the staff pays attention to cleanliness. The ambience also represents one in the time of the 50s.
