Burger King Mainz - Carte

I had to wait over two hours! I'm not going to order anything as fast.

as always, citizens were great. the pommes (3 portions) this time a little lukewarm!

all good! on special requests was given eight, burger and pommes were still very warm, the driver was also nice as usual. happy again Voir le carte

One of the worse Burger King restaurants I have seen. Not clean, unfriendly service, you wait forever and then get your food and it's cold or the hamburger bread feels old.

I had to wait more than 2 hours! burger cold, not edible and immediately thrown away. I won't order anything with security so quickly! ps: I don't even live 2 km away from this Burger King (catastrophe)

I'm still waiting for my order. ordered at 12:22 and my food is still not there at 14:38. I already called 3x and I was told every time that a lot is going on and the driver will be there soon. it's almost 2 1/2h waiting time. Voir le carte

I believe they have a new management and everything looks and tastes perfect, inside all the furniture is new and nice bright colours not dark like before and all employees are nice and helpful. Very good!! Finally a place near my home I can go n enjoy! Danke!!!

Ok. Where should I start? I work myself at other famous fast food restaurant. The young men today 27.02.23. Was so rude to me. I just don't understand. Let's just be honest. If you don't like your job or place where are you working, find another. If you have a bad day. Don't show this to your customer. I was nothing but beyond nice and friendly for you. I needed help to choose Burger, I didn't get any help. You need to have a contact with customers. I was very upset. Didn't get any napkins.

Edit: Still sooo slow. Instead of hiring more delivery drivers they increased the minimum delivery price but that changed nothing about the demand so the wait time is still just as long and the food is just as cold. My last order was at 20:15 and over two hours later it still wasn't there. It actually never came... So slow. Sooo slow. They wait too long to make sure no other orders are going out before sending yours, and if yours is the only one then you either get under cooked fries or cold fries and a cold burger along with them.
