I want to commend Charlotte, a member of the staff, for her outstanding service. I hope management recognizes her as a valuable member of the team! She was very attentive and went above and beyond to assist me and my family with our disabled child. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The dining experience was nice and the food was fresh. However, there were some oddities when it came to ordering and collecting our food. We noticed that hot chocolate was listed on the drive-thru menu, but we were informed they didn't actually sell it. Additionally, when we requested BBQ sauce for our three meals, we received just a small container to share, which felt a bit strange. On a positive note, I appreciated that they packaged the vegetarian meal in a separate bag.

I will not come back makes me sick and ashamed that ive ran one of these back in America and to see how the managers and general manager here disrespected me. They called me sir when i am legally a female. The staff wasnt friendly and helpful they didnt call out orders loud enough which is poor customer service skills and tbh the food here i wouldnt even touch with a 10 foot pole. The other burger kings around in other places have better reviews and food handling then this one.
