sean the shift manager offers amazing customer service at any visit I have made. eating is always good quality, worth the higher up.

Food was OK, not the hottest. Juice machines both faulty, got more juice on my clothes than in the cup. Service was slow and they had no sauces or napkins to use

I just want to say that tonight I get the best service from any restaurant drive. this was in their continued kinnaird edinburgh filiale, the name of the herrn sean was and its service was absolutely impeccable from beginning to end, thanks to sean!

Online ordering meaning 20 mins food delay, don't use that and order from the counter it takes half the time, staff are rude and they won't talk to you until it's finally your turn to order. Food are slightly cold as well. Overall not a great experience for what you paid for.

Pretty mediocre fast food restaurant. Staff not ensuring everyone complying with current legislation re Track and Trace for a start. Crispy chicken was anything but crispy however the chips were crisp on the exterior and fluffy inside. Don't think I will be back unless coerced!

Ordered online via just eat from Fort Kinnaird branch. Ordered meal deals and no drinks were delivered. No contact for the restaurant, you can only notify just eat but because the drinks were part of the meal deal there was no option to get a refund for these items on their own. So they get your money but don't provide the goods with no recompense. This isn't the first time they've failed to deliver what we ordered with items missing or provide the correct order.
