"Nous avons séjourné à Goslar pendant Pâques et avons trouvé ce restaurant en utilisant TripAdvisor, et nous voulons lui donner nos meilleures recommandations. Cette nourriture était bonne et le personnel était sympathique et souriant, surtout la serveuse a un sourire positif qui nous a fait nous sentir très ... bienvenus. Nous y sommes donc allés pendant des jours d'arbres d'affilée. Le restaurant n'est pas dans le centre de Goslar, vous devrez donc probablement conduire en voiture, il se trouvait à une minute en voiture de notre hôtel dans le nord de Goslar, et vaut vraiment le détour"

"Very nice, upscale restaurant with great wines, excellent food and very friendly and friendly service. We were there with nine people. All courses were served simultaneously. The card offers something for everyone. Prices are slightly higher, but the price-performance ratio is top. We are happy to come back at any time!"

"Truth is our first stay was fine and I did put up a review with 4 small stars. The clear positive was the steaks. Negatives thst day was raw knuspriges bratkartofeln which just aren 't okay. Also, i did complain about the lack of seasoning, whoch would have made the steaks even better. In these times forced to use some poor quality salt. I advises that they could perhaps throwbsome flakey sea salt on the steak for flavour and presentation or maybe lay something at the side of the plate. Well the stay overall was fine. Second time though was poor. One in my group of 4 ordered the steak once again. It was once again well made. However, my mother and I chose the Spareribs, which turned out to be a bad decision. They were presented very badly. Dry, no sauce and at first bite no flavour. We did get a bbq sauce as a side, but there was honestly only enough for one side of a rack (out of two . Poorly made and I have to say that i do hope this restaurant either remove them entirely and stick to what they actually have succes with or really do better at making them (where 's the marinade??? Another negative and just bad behaviour was the waiter. No professionalism. After eating there was junk from the ribs laying around the table and when he came to clean he just wiped it down onto the floor. Let me remind you. There was bbq sauce on these scraps... And no he did not come back to get these scraps. Honestly disappointed and disgusted. Tl;dr a lot of negatives from two visits. I do not recommend the place for other than the steaks. Don 't order the ribs. Disgusting behaviour from (one of the waiters."

"We asked for a table for 7 people 10 minutes before their afternoon 'breakfast'. We were chased from the restaurant and from the premises by a screaming waiter who shouted loudly on the boarding stone, while 8 other kitchen staff came out to join the shrine and act extremely aggressively against us. We will definitely never ask if we can get a table again, that was totally unnamed for. Apparently, their afternoon break is so important for them that they cannot act rationally if you want to eat in their restaurant. Maybe the food is fine, but the service is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly not recommend going there, and especially during or near their break written in chalk on a small board in front of the door (and seems to change regularly... the times are not like on Tripadvisor."

"we are standing in front of the paulan manor house in the immediate vicinity of the lohmühle, a great, super well-maintained factory house and say almost simultaneously, here we have to find ourselves pure, starving. in the entrance we have a cozy atmosphere, the feeling is noticed, you experience real Bavarian house atmosphere. so should be eaten and drinks. we were looking forward to it and got exactly what we expected. the service was brilliant, fast, nice, not intrusive but always there. the kitchen brought our order super tasty on the teller and the goslar beer has also tasted us. all in all I can recommend this gastronomy in the world cultural heritage city goslar with the warmest hearts."
