with our cycles that were safely stored in the warehouse bridge house cycle, we were warmly welcomed. great eating and the coffee was amazing. a good place for a bike stop would recommend.

The breakfast was tasty, the staff was attentive, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this place. Even though my stay was short, I am looking forward to coming back in the future.

We both enjoyed our cheese plate lunch, along with a lovely glass of wine and refreshing beer. Our whippet also had a great time by the log fire, receiving lots of attention. Definitely recommended and we would visit again if in the area.

Wow what a great lunch experience. Such friendly staff, lovely garden to sit out under cover and a perfect feast. From the delicious breads, to the fisherman 's sharing platter to the apple crumble with a huge dollop of clotted cream, it was all PERFECT. And it was all enhanced with a truly tasty bottle (or two) of cider. There were lots of scones and cakes on offer too for afternoon or morning teas, but we just couldn 't manage to sample them as well as everything else. Anyway, if you 're in the vicinity, you must go. Those lovely ladies will look after you 'andsomely. It 's a real treat.

Caroline was amazing, she was ever so kind and made sure we got settled in straight away. The room was lovely, had all the essentials and we liked how they’d specified in the welcome book where they’d purchased some of the soft furnishings from other small businesses. Perfect location for a countryside get away, quiet but enough shops, pubs and restaurants to keep you occupied. The only thing we regretted was that we didn’t make time to have lunch here in the Bridge House because if the breakfast was anything to go by, I bet their lunches would be delicious! PS they are great if you have any dietary restrictions. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Bridge House, staying in the Batherm room. Everything exceeded our expectations. Caroline was a fantastic host, breakfasts were delicious (we highly recommend the homemade lime gin marmalade), and the room (as well as the bathroom) was spacious, thoughtfully designed, well-equipped, and beautifully crafted. It was a true delight to stay here, the only downside being that we didn't have a chance to sample the lunch menu. Bampton itself is quaint and has a good selection of independent shops, restaurants, a greengrocer, bakery, and more. It is also conveniently located for exploring the area's attractions.
