Very polite, served a cuppa tea and bacon sandwich. I was next door at the Big Yellow and was made vet welcome.

Had the amazing carvery on sunday, staff nice and friendly. Good energy all round!!! I will definitely be back. General manager was working lovely lady spoken with all the guest.

The restaurant is in need of a thorough cleaning. It was so dirty and sticky that even the menu was unappetizing. The bar area and floors were dirty and sticky, the toilets were smelly with one out of order, and half of the beers were not available. It was a terrible experience, and we decided not to order any food due to the unsanitary conditions. We left after just one drink. Voir le carte

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. Five of the beers I wanted to order were unavailable, which suggests there was a mistake with the order. Despite having given positive reviews in the past, I am now reconsidering whether I will return. The staff, particularly Jane, were polite, friendly, and courteous, but it's unfortunate that they have to handle displeased customers.

I stayed at the Premier Inn and visited the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was of excellent quality, with a great breakfast presentation that impressed me enough to return for dinner. The steak I ordered was cooked perfectly, a testament to the head chef's skills. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff checking in on my dining experience. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Had a booking for 2.30 for Father’s Day lunch. We turned up early and they allowed us in. Really wish we hadn’t bothered. We wanted a roast and at 1.30 it was pretty much gone and didn’t look appealing so we all ordered other items. All 3 meals had steak which we asked for the 2 adults to be rare and child medium rare. Considering how quiet it was it took 40 minutes for our meals and then they all had to be sent back! All steaks were overcooked and tough and the rest of the dish was just awful. As a couple with a Teenage Son, my Wife and I elected for the Carvery, my Son for Fish Chips with Mushy Peas. My Wife chose a mix of Roast Beef and Turkey and I chose Rost Beef, of course, it was, help yourself to Roast Potatoes, Roast Vegetables, and Yorkshire Puddings. We were all pleased with our meals and finished everything, the other choice of meat was Roast Gammon, the different Sauces on a side table, Mustard, Horseradish, etc. I chose a small glass of house Red Wine, and my Son chose Lemonade, they do endless Soft Drinks and I think that would have been a better option for my Son as he soon finished his drink

This is definitely one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. We had a large group. We booked ahead (so they knew we were coming and even pre-ordered so they knew exactly what we were ordering. It was complete chaos. We had to wait our own tables (delivering food and clearing plates as they did not have enough staff to cover the shift. In addition, the food was horrible. It was either cooked from frozen (imagine frozen mushrooms!! or microwaved in packets and poured on to the plate. i had a piece of chicken, grilled, smeared with BBQ sauce, covered with a piece of bacon and a slice of cheese. We booked a table for Sunday Dinner at 12:30am. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly female staff member and we requested a quiet table. We were taken to an area of the restaurant which had been sectioned off, so there were no other customers there. One slight problem was that it was located directly under the air conditioning so some of our party found it cold. However, when this was mentioned to the staff they made some changes to the settings to make it a more comfortable temperature . The other issue with this area was that the carpet was very worn and sticky. As I have already mentioned though this area had been closed off.
