Really cheap during lunch time, 2 for 1 on mains make it good value. Good selections of unlimited soft drinks.

Good and Tasty. Price are perfect for food what you get. More busy during weekends. Staff very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing with the all you can eat buffet. There was a lovely mixed choice of food with continental and cooked breakfast. We have been to many hotels and this was one of the best choices we have had.

Often come to the Monkey Puzzle with the family. We always have pleasant service with a smile and good quality generous servings. Great value for money and the Restaurant is looking really clean. Keep up the good work.

Absolute joke, ordered at 18:40, still waiting for food at 20:10. When the food eventually came out it was disgusting…how can you mess up a burger…dry as old boots, clearly been sitting under a warmer, chips were cooked in old oil and tasted disgusting. Nachos brought out instead of chips…when we told the waiter he said he’ll bring some chips out but never did !! Badly run..understaffed, don’t come here, so much better places to go in the area. Won’t be returning Voir le carte

I warned that he had been served on a previous trip some of the worst foods he had ever, but after a long day on my feet on a measurable I just wanted to eat and fall into my bed in the premier inn next door, so I decided to risk it and it was really not as bad as I had expected to eat the only real negatiw were the loos that were not too clean, had no paper in any cubic and had a toilet that was watering over me from the top of the cistern when I tried to rinse! but my friend behind the bar was good apologetic, and I'm sure they fixed it now.

we recently went to a birthday party with some friends of us, eating was good, the play area was in order and the outdoor seating were as expected. I think if we left alone for a quick family dinner or dinner that we were going to be served at the time it needed, but as we friends and they can go into the bar for drinks, it did not seem much of a problem. I understand that this was clearly a result of short personal work and the staff seemed to be new, so that training is clearly a work progress, but that is to be expected when it is under new management. good luck!

We tried to book but app didn’t confirm booking. Maybe that was a red flag. Diana walk in and no issues there loads of spare tables. Order 2 main courses and 2 starters to come out all together. Told no problem easy to do. First off staff are great. Very friendly. From ordering the food it took 40 minutes to arrive. Main courses came out followed shortly after by the two starter meals as my wife couldn’t manage a full meal. That bit they did right. Unfortunately the two starters were stone cold as they had been stood while they cooked the 2 main courses. One was the bbq chicken pieces (cold) the other was cheesy potato skins (cold) they were awful. So cold the cheese skins could be picked up... Voir le carte
