If you like to wait over an hour for your festive meal to come and then the meal is cold and icy Brussel sprouts then it’s for you. Terrible meal, long wait.

Our party of eleven visited for the Festive Lunch. Food was really good, large portions all well cooked and presented and exceptional value. Special thanks to Helen and Maddy for the warm welcome and great service.

Pre booked and pre-ordered our meals. No-one at desk to show us to our table and some items not available. Service incredibly slow with part of the party having to wait for their meal long after everyone else had finished theirs.

We had a wonderful Christmas Day lunch at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. Jack stood out with his efficient and professional service, he was polite and attentive, making us feel very welcomed. Voir le carte

When we visited (not the first time maddy couldnt do enough for us. My son tried a new meal, which he didnt like, so i have to give up my mixed grill. He ordered the tikka which i dont like in general. But coz everyone had eaten n was thinking bout desert i asked maddy if i ordered a kids steak n chips could i have it for take away instead? So out it came whilst we ate our deserts in a pizza box. I was so chuffed that i didnt miss out. It was lovely . They have a small play area which my little girl loves and we often go just to use the play area with friendly staff around n just pay for drinks. : we always enjoy our visits

We ordered fish and chips and a Thai curry at the restaurant. Unfortunately, after waiting for 45 minutes, a staff member informed us that they were out of rice and offered chips instead without any apology. I declined and chose the vegetarian lasagne instead, which arrived promptly. However, upon tasting it, I realized it was actually the beef curry. Despite being very hungry from a long journey, I ate it anyway. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service was disappointing. We usually have good experiences at Premier Inns, but we will be avoiding Brewers Fayre in the future. Very poor experience, lady who seemed to be in charge was very rude and very abrasive. As a family of 9 we had arranged to meet here, off Junction 9, on our travels at 11 am. I did ring earlier in the week to check we could just call in for drinks and may well stay for lunch, once that service resumed at 12 noon. We all felt as if we were unwelcome as soon as we arrived because we hadn’t booked, even though there didn’t seem to be hardly anyone else there! We were bundled into corner of the bar, even with a new born baby. We were eventually allowed to move to a table, near to the soft play, as requested, after I again spoke to the lady at the bar, but she still wasn’t very friendly. On purch... Voir le carte
