The food is of the highest quality, and the staff is friendly and professional enough to work in a Michelin-star restaurant. As a New Yorker with many friends in the hospitality business, I recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. (And the new/trendy Pigneto neighborhood is bustling with life."
