"The service was very disappointing; I waited 20 minutes for two coffees. The staff appeared more focused on serving takeaway orders. Although the server apologized for the delay, the two lukewarm coffees I received weren’t what I ordered. Instead of one latte and one cappuccino, I ended up with two cappuccinos, and by that time, I didn’t feel like reordering my latte. I definitely won’t be returning here; I’ll be choosing Costa or Café Nero in the future. I wouldn’t recommend Bothy to anyone."

We visited on Saturday for a coffee and hot chocolate, but we ended up waiting a long time for our order. They had run out of food three hours before closing, and there were no clean tables available to sit at—it was quite messy overall. We’ll definitely go to Tim Hortons next time!
