In spite of the well-deserved name of local cuisine, several of the most listed premises during the week are closed at least four days; open from Friday to Sunday. another is open only at lunch. and so, having stayed in the city from Monday to Thursday morning, we faced a limited choice (although, luckily, we happened in a tavern, indeed a cellar, really out of the ordinary,) and for the first lunch we saved from the risk of fasting or the obligation of pizza or kebab thanks to the ancient village, recommended by the owners of the bed and breakfast in which we stayed, because we eat the characteristics of the kitchen so we tried the timballo, the balls cacio and ova and some other local dish. good flavors, normal atmosphere value for money correct. nothing exceptional, but something more than average."

open in full August provided us a cozy asylum on a rainy day. the restaurant is beautiful with its times. the menu tells of the local gastronomic tradition. the service, a little in affanno, was expleted by only one waiter, I think it was the same owner, who tried to satisfy with courtesy and physical commitment to obvious discomfort.
