"better sushi than chieri, with some defect. pro: location (flat mazzini di chieri, really suggestive) quality: to chieri there is no better Japanese restaurant than this against: ratio quality price not among the best (million at equal price is better) personally I found the very good ramen, with excellent broth and tempura vegetables; However the spaghetti were a little further with cooking and there was only a shrimp in batter (the others were with carapace, uncomfortable to clean). sushi was certainly of higher quality than the average, but cooking and dressing of rice can be improved. ps: a symbolic discount on the takeaway (compared to consumption at the table) would have been appreciated! Great location and the best sushi so far in Italy!!! CONFIRMING!!! The location is also very nice: Chieri (just outside Turin) in the historical city center. Very very charming.
