We were seated in an annex, not the main room. Service was fine, friendly staff. Food is very over priced and decor is very tired. Booked it because of proximity to theatre. Disappointing.

The food is amazing and live music really adds to the fun atmosphere. Service is generally friendly and welcoming with exception to one or two servers who were grumpy and sourly towards us and growly towards their colleagues. Voir le carte

the service was fast, the taste of all our dishes was good the only thing I didn't like was my 8 unzen filet was 2 very thin slices of meeting. I wouldn't call that a fact. the taste was good, even tho I asked for medium rarely, it came back well. too heavy to make a fiber band of bark medium rare. I'll try again just because they have live music. but do not order filets if they expect a juicy center.

This is the first time at Boisdale Belgravia the service was really bad. We had to caught the waiters attention several times. We sat down and no one came with menus and drinks and the restaurant was empty and the waiters were not busy. A table of 6 sat next to us and the waiter who was looking after them ignored us completly until we asked at the reception and finally he came to take our order (but he looked annoyed). But the stage we received the wine we were so disappointed that we did not even bother to send the bottle back. Again for the first time we had a cote du rhone which tasted vinegary...also there was no english ale because was out of stock. We will never go back.

Even though I had confirmed our table before hand when getting there they were unable to see the booking. Luckily I had an email and text confirmation to prove I did. Was very embarrassing because they held up a queue behind us. No apology or anything, the lady in the front just kept giggling and later said the booking was for the year 2021 which was incorrect as I showed her the email and text confirmation to prove it was for the correct date. Anyway We were put in a random room on our own with no other guests so it was incredibly quiet with no atmosphere (later a couple other tables had people) felt like a spill over room, food was ok but waiter made us feel like we should go for what he w...
