"When I saw the menu on the wall with a selection of a long list of pizzas to choose from I already suspected that these people can cook. Tuscan style, family-owned restaurant, the sautéed prawn dish, the beef lasagna and the salad we tried were all beautifully flavoured, presented with care, satisfying and very tasty. I recommend the lemonade and the espresso, too. We were full to our ears. The owner is really nice, the place is cozy and feels authentic. Will definitely come back here."

"Located in a fantastic restaurant space, this lively and focused seafood restaurant offers a delightful, fashionable, and delicious meal. The option of two plates and a side for £22 allowed us to try a total of 6 dishes. The waiter recommended a selection of tapas-style sharing plates, which paired perfectly with a Romanian Pinot Noir. We also indulged in two delicious desserts. A trip to this restaurant is definitely worth it, and the atmosphere created by the diners at other tables added to our own enjoyable dining experience."

"This is going to be a short one because if I tell you all the great things about this restaurant, it would be less a review than a book of Dickensesque proportions! A lovely restaurant in a lovely building in a lovely town. The staff are professional and friendly; we were certainly well looked after. The food is wonderful, traditional Italian fare for the most part, cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. I can highly recommend the Linguine Ravello, a perfect amalgam of king prawns, muscles, et al, a fantastic seafood dish. The other dishes are perfection too. You like rich meaty lasagna? One of the best I have had. The ravioli of the day? A wonder whatever the filling. And don't get me started on the profiteroles! All in all, a constant delight. If you haven't guessed, this is highly recommended."

"We have been dining at the restaurant for years and it has been our go to special occasion place. We recently went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were really underwhelmed by the menu and the quality of the food. We are vegetarian and there is always a few veggie vegan menu options, which is always welcome. The starters were delicious and there were a good range of veggie vegan choices. There were 2 main course options pasta or a veggie burger. We ordered one of each so we could compare and contrast. The burger was £20 and was absolutely nothing special. It was a commercially made burger in a commercially made bun. It was served with 1 lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato and it looked very sad. I have had way better at Smash Burger. The pasta was ok. Dessert was also grim. The Paris Brest, was dry, solid and tasteless and the knickerbocker glory was a mishmash of cheap tasting strawberry ice cream, fruit and smashed meringue which seemed to have come out of a packet."

"had a little work christmas party here and the food was great. really good quality and standard of food. good portions too. however, the staff at the bar created a table bill for drinks and when we went down to the bar, they insisted that we cannot pay for our drink separately from our table bill. this in turn created a large drink bill where they put a 20% service charge on top of all the drinks. the drinks took very long, some were forgotten and service was slow. the staff didnt seem like they knew how to handle large group bills as well. we had booked this a month beforehand and didnt seem prepared at all. when some of my colleagues tried to take off the OPTIONAL service charge, they argued that it couldn't be taken off. would go there again for food but wouldn't have high expectations for the service.
