Bluebells Cafe At Briddlesford Lodge Farm

Lovely location and inside is very well presented cosy warm and welcoming will be returning again very soon when im over on the island

Breakfast poor 13 pounds egg small asked for beans and tomato but told one or the other paid extra for drinks sauages had hard bits in it never go back Voir le carte

Two of us had the full breakfast excellent although one didn’t like the beans (vinegar taste). One had the breakfast bap 3 rashers of bacon but maybe a too much. Coffee was good could have been stronger (personal taste). Venue and staff fantastic! Adjacent to a small farm shop.

Two friends and myself had breakfast this morning and it was perfect. It was very busy but a member of staff came and took our order and we didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive. Staff were very and friendly the toilet facilities were very good. Overall a great experience.

It is a great place to enjoy a meal, snack, or just a cuppa. The staff are so helpful and dog friendly. Indoor or outdoor seating, with a wonderful farm shop on site. Bluebells is established on a working farm, which supplies milk ect to the cafe/restaurant. Beautifully clean, with so many interesting features in and around the building. Voir le carte

Despite the cafe being extremely busy, our order was taken promptly by a very pleasant waitress and our drinks followed shortly afterwards. The meal took quite a time to arrive, but the food was piping hot and really well presented. I enjoyed my pie of the day (veal from the farm itself). My wife said it was the best (gammon) ham egg and chips she had had for a long time no fat on the ham. We ordered pudding and again the food took a while to arrive but was delicious my bread and butter pudding was superb. We popped out for a coffee and a cake and decided to go to briddlesford as I haven't been there for ages and fancied a nice coffee and cake we were not disappointed I had the hummingbird cake which was lovely moist and full of bananas and pineapple and my friend had the coffee cake and he really enjoyed it said it was the perfect mixture of coffee cake, unfortunately they run out of ice so I couldn't have my iced latte so I ended up with the local beer and they were kind enough not to charge me any extra. Staff were attentive and friendly. there were quite a few seats available, it was clean it smelt nice that was parking toilets and a little shop there was undercover outside parking as well...
