Not good service. Super expensive. Very slow as well. Not many veg options on their menu. Drinks not palatable. Waiter spilt drink on my saree, promised a tissue but never came back!

Excellent and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable of menus. The Sunday roast was very good and portioned well. Nice espresso martini for dessert. Also sticky pudding is out of this world.

The Good Fish and Chips were great a large portion, perfectly cooked, hot out of the fryer. The BLT (with real bacon) was a nice size and hot. Prices were somewhat high. The Bad Service waitstaff was slow. Voir le carte

Extremely busy even at 5:15pm but host was kind enough to find a table for us without reservations. Chicken tikka masala, cheese toastie, and sticky toffee pudding were excellent. Atmosphere is classy and lively. Would recommend.

We spotted the Blue Boar on our way to Westminster Abbey and liking the look of it decided to return after our visit. We were seated immediately and had a great table although it was a little drafty from the air conditioning. I had an excellent club sandwich and service was good.

They are still struggling with how to serve….. waiters are very friendly and food is good. But my roast was cold (waiting on roast potatoes I guess) and glasses are still coming out dirty. I’ve been coming since it opened and food is always good but they really need to get some organisation and a solid detailed floor manager. Voir le carte

We found this on Open Table. It was close to our hotel and we were looking for a quality meal. The Blue Boar was a good find! Prices were reasonable! And the food quality was good. They did appear to be a little short-staffed though, so service was a little slow at times. But otherwise, it was a good meal! We'd return and try it again.

Absolutely horrendous service. We had pre-booked a table from early in the year. On arrival we where met at the door by the manager who proceeded to tell us that we had no booking.After a few exchanges he offered us a table in a very tight area for access. Meanwhile people had come in off the street and given best seats at windows and quite clearly they had no prior bookings. May I repeat- a horrible set-up and incompetent staff.

Cannot fault the staff or food.Both were good. However,we were shown to a table that,after a short time we requested to be moved from . There was a strong smell of chemicals,which we were told was something the floors had been treated with,in the hotel part,shortly before opening.Im astounded that customers were expected to sit somewhere that could affect their health.I left with a migraine.Furthermore we were kept waiting when we asked for the bill.We added it up because the staff could not access the digital till system.Obviously we did not leave the service charge and will not return to this establishment.
