Didn’t realise how Totnes I was until a friend corrected me that China Blue is not in fact present in every town

We had a lovely and relaxing meal here whilst waiting for our train. We were absolutely soaked through after getting lost and you welcomed us in. Our meal was delicious and the service was excellent ????????

Went here for my wife’s leaving party... the gin and food was superb. The staff amazing, took plenty of time to recommend gin and appropriate mixers! I was also very impressed with the blue cutlery, a very nice touch!! Will definitely return for a quieter meal!

Staff were fantastic and the food was delicious. Great choice of burgers and lots of different sides cant wait to try all the others. On top of that there was a gin bar with so many gins the bartender was very knowledgeable and was happy to reccommend a gin to suit me. Thank you

Overall, the food is good and there is an acceptable choice of beer and wine, including Pandit IPA. However, I don't want to eat my meal next to a windowsill covered in dead flies. Nor am I impressed when my daughter returns from the loos to report that the seat was broken in one and the door didn't lock in another. Sort these issues out and please give the place a damn good clean, not forgetting the cobwebs and we may come back.

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We visited with our baby and toddler to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had contacted them on Instagram a few days prior to inquire about doing handprints with our children, and they assured me that it could be done upon arrival. However, when we asked for assistance at our table, the staff member was rude and said she was too busy to help. We were told that the purple paint we had seen on the color tile was discontinued, so we had to make our own color. Arranged to meet up with my family for a breakfast brunch.... It was suggested blue 55......didnt even know China blue in Totnes had a restaurant...... Anyway I agreed..... From the moment I arrived.... All the new restrictions are in place... Very clear..... I was taken aback at first and forgot to sanitizer, I got pulled up!! Sorry about that..... Meet my famy where a lovely cappuccino was waiting for me.... With a menu.... I fancied a full English breakfast..... I started reading..... I went for the El Classico !! To all..... I 'm in the trade..... But I 've never had a breakfast like it..... I tasted everything separately...... So tasty..... You also eat with you eyes.... See picture.......
