I had the opportunity to taste all the beers and I must say that the emotions they give are directly proportional to the commitment that the brewer puts us to reach them. you pass from citrus flavors to notes of coffee and caramel not to mention the persistent smell of bread that releases the glass.

Ci siamo stati un po' di tempo addietro ed al momento dell' ordinazione il cameriere ci ha illustrato a puntino tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato incluse le birre e la loro gradazione. Questa sera la cameriera non sapeva nulla di tutto ciò... All' ordine del dolce si è limitata a dire solo che era buono..... Assolutamente inesperta.... É come chiedere all' oste se il suo vino é buono...... Non credo che ci ritorno.....

American BBQ at its best! We were all so pleasantly surprised at the quality and deliciousness of everything we tried, nothing disappointed! My favorite were the brisket and the pulled pork...fabulous flavor and cooked to perfection! The Master of the kitchen, Don Scalmanini, was great! So friendly and an absolutely joy to talk to, he clearly loves the art of BBQ and his sauces are really good...we left with several bottles they have for sale (the honey mustard is amazing)!
