Had my wedding reception here they couldn't do enough for us and the food was amazing!! Would recommend Blacks to anyone from wanting a light bite to a full wedding reception! Just fantastic

Staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely music and the food is just great. Excellent quality and cooked in a simple but creative and healthy way. Definitely one of the best restaurant in Penzance. Absolutely a must!!!

Everything is exceptional—the wonderful staff, the decor, and especially the delicious food. The ambiance created by the water is truly inviting. I look forward to many more visits. I highly recommend the steak, trio of pork, seafood platter, cream bubble, and lemon pot. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

I discovered this place while searching for tea, and I'm so glad I did! The service, food, and drinks were all outstanding—definitely a five-star experience. I highly recommend the chowder and the pork trio. Honestly, even if the bill had been twice as high, we would still have left satisfied. came here for a meal with my parents on Saturday night, never visited before. of the billing we were more than impressed by the service, with the front of the home employees attentive and efficient. the three of us had three courses each, all of which were error-free. the food and drinks arrived quickly, and the food was really very well presented and cooked to not mention very cheap! sure to say we will return to the future and cannot recommend the place adequately.

I myself and other half had luck having the whole restaurant to us last night! incredibly personal touch through the waitress (possibly the owner has not got their names! When she sat at the fire, everyone answered asking us about the food. we went for the vegetarian plate that was absolutely stunning. we really did not expect that so high-quality, tasty and well presented foods especially as vegetarian. blacks is a little gem and we are happy that we have found it. many thanks to the talented chef and friendly team, we had an amazing evening.

I had an incredible evening with unforgettable food at this restaurant. The freshly caught lobster, prepared by a staff member named Tyson, was cooked to perfection. The ribeye steak was the best I've ever tasted, and when we requested to meet the chef, he graciously came out to talk to us. He shared details about where the ingredients came from and how he prepared and cooked our meal, which we genuinely appreciated given our enthusiasm for everything we ate. All the staff were attentive and clearly happy to serve us. We will definitely be back—thank you so much!

Fantastic place to eat. Myself and Six others were walking the town quite late looking for somewhere to eat on Saturday evening 23rd April. A late meal for 7 is never going to be easy and we had tried a few places. Another restaurant Waves said that Blacks would be an excellent choice and that Sue who runs it would do her best to squeeze us in. She did better than that. We organised tables to fit us in comfortably, the staff were all incredibly welcoming esp as they were not far off closing and we had an incredible meal.
