"I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’ve been coming to this cafe for 19 years. every time I came to wales with the family, most of the time eating breakfasts every day spending 40/50 pounds a time. Well Today I’ll never set foot in the place again. Ordered food came eventually Now the food was 3/10 Everybody sitting round me all Said the same isn’t the same experience had before l Think the staff need training In my experience I personally think it’s changed owners or something"

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and was pleased to find it wonderfully welcoming. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The food was decent for the price, so I wasn't expecting gourmet quality, and I've certainly had worse meals in my experience. The staff appeared to be friendly enough. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a solid 5. Voir le carte

Very bad service, sat for 15 mins and nobody even asked about drinks, twice this happened and both occasions I left hungry and thirsty ,I only went back on the second day just to see if the first day was a once off but sadly not Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Service: 1

Waited 1 hour for food i wouldnt mine one was a kids sandwich box what was pre made, another family ordered 20 minutes after us and got these. When asked where is are food we where told sorry forgot will sort it now. Food was awful didn't eat half of it. The tables outside where we had are food where old food all over tables and floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks. Service: Dine in

"We called in here for lunch today and what started off for us as perfect, great service and lovely food quickly escalated into my brother coming down ill early into the mains. Nothing to do with the food i might hasten to add. The staff at Kinmel were outstanding, especially H and the tall slim young lad (sorry we didn't catch your name) who looked after my brother with such compassion. We ended up taking him to A&E and thankfully he got sorted. We will return someday soon and are so appreciative of the staff of the Kinmel Arms for all they did. You can see why the reviews folk have left so reflect the superb service and quality of food served up here."

"A nice pub on our first visit to North Wales. The hostess is a laid back. Very kind and happy to talk to us and make our time comfortable. The pub is located on the main road that is easy to find. Drinks are cheap as weatherspoons without the abysmal quality. One snooker table and two dart boards are fun to play and they advertise free snooker on Thursday's. I give full 5 stars instead of four for the outstanding service given by the hostess. She is a very cool person to meet and can make you smile. My friend was being miserable on the day and had improved by the end of time at the pub. I recommend it when visiting."

"Having traveled throughout Italy on over 50 times we found it astonishing that a place like Rossinis exists in North Wales especially in Rhyl of all places ! The service is attentive, dutiful and with a pinch of humour thrown in as well. But the food? It's delicious ! This is our 2nd visit of many to come as we want to work our way through the menu. My caprese had just the right amount of olivio and my risotto was al dente. The funghi crema was extra creamy and the salmone fusili was even creamier, the salmon still flaky but moist. Add to this that the portions are HUGE. There's no way I could eat as the Italians do in Rossinis, I'd put on a stone after 1 night."

"A lovely pub in Wales, a warm, friendly welcome on arrival from the waitress and landlord. There is a good range of traditional ales and bitters ,and a good range of lagers available, I settled for a pint of guiness which was well poured and tasted delicious. The menu has a good range of starters on offer and a good selection of traditional pub grub ,and a small selection of sweets. There is also a small specials board available. We settled on the lamb shank with mash potatoes and a selection of vegetables, the chicken curry with rice chips, and naan bread and a burger and chips they were all delicious and well presented ,we all left with full bellies .highly recommended 10/10 Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options available Kid-friendliness: The child's menu is available"

"My sister and I recently dined at the Bistro for the first time. The restaurant had a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere and the staff were friendly. The menu had a good variety of options and the food we ordered was excellent - delicious and beautifully presented. However, we were disappointed by two things. The restrooms were not as clean as expected, with a leaky pipe and one unclean toilet. Additionally, we had some issues with the service. While our first drink and food arrived promptly, we had to wait a long time to get the waitresses' attention for a second drink. Despite asking for lattes, they never arrived and we eventually had to cancel them when we paid the bill. The waitress explained that they had run out of milk and someone had gone to fetch some. Despite these inconveniences, I would consider visiting again in the hopes of improved service. However, if the restaurant were busier, I fear that other customers may also experience similar issues and potentially leave."
