we found this cafe on the corner and decided to breakfast. it was great. coffee was the best I've been drinking so far. the caffe offers breakfast and lunch and afternoon tea. if you like the one or the other cake / a piece, you can enjoy it either in the beautiful environment or outside. the prices are very reasonable.

we bought some breakfast here and coffee to take away while we were in front of the place. eating was excellent every time and the coffee was great. we don't speak much German, but we finally managed to convey everything that was personal was patient considering that it was always busy. we would have liked to have paid with credit card, but like most small places in berlin will only be accepted cash.

we were looking for a good bakery near our hotel (novum hotel gates) as an alternative to the hotel breakfast. this became our ancestral guest. even though they speak English, we found it in order to simply show what we wanted. everything we had was good and we have repeated very few things every day. eating is beautifully prepared - there is an excellent choice. I had two tomorrow rowing with speck, with brot from brotbuffet - on mine! when we are back in berlin, I assume we are back to breakfast.
