Many details do not fit together, randomly placed room plants, palms and cut flowers in small, cruel stainless steel vases. Glasses also kind of a bit thrown together, different candle holders, somehow seemed all uneasy and not harmonious, less would have been more. Well, we come to the essence: the service friendly, maps were quickly brought and then nothing happened any longer. Beverages and food were then given up together and the former also came to flee. Again, nothing happened, then something bread and dip came, both tasted fad. Empty beverages were unfortunately not noticed and re-entered on our initiative only when the bread plates were cleared. The dishes were mixed – the pasta was great, but the Wiener Schnitzel of my accompaniment was a sad story: the panade unevenly and muddy, the meat simply too strong and not really tender. The frying potatoes had neither salt, nor pepper, let alone seen onions (speck must not be, but also missing). The associated cucumber salad was also not tasted at all – the salad to the pasta was once again delicious, but old-baked. This was more like the model “Stammtisch um die Ecke, mit Kegelbahn im Keller”. Don't get me wrong, but it just didn't fit a lot, there's no red thread. In combination with the unobtrusive, sluggish service, this does not justify the prices in my view, as it is not only possible to rest on organic quality. And that's really bad, because it's really gonna give away a lot of potential..."

Very delicious food, a great map and a beautiful atmosphere. Here you can spend a wonderful evening. The attentive and fast service was particularly positive. The main dishes without an appetizer or dessert are relatively small.

The food was a poem...the service competent, courteous and is friendly...the dessert Zwetschgen Crumble with cinnamon foam a culinary highlight...I can recommend this restaurant warmest...also the wine card leaves nothing to be desired...heartful thanks for this beautiful evening!

Not recommended if you wait 90 minutes for the food and then it comes out of the kitchen. Then a completely overprice for a not very saturated portion. That would have been better cooked at home. The apology was there, but I don't think it's gonna do anything. My conclusion never again!!!!!!!!

Great to have a organic restaurant so centrally in Oldenburg! We have eaten very tasty there and the service was particularly friendly. The ambience actually has air up, but the restaurant will soon move towards the building, which looks much more modern and then also fits the map and offer. Out of us

Finally a light view in the culinary Einöde Oldenburg. Very good dishes paired with a well-sorted wine card supplemented by an unobstructed yet professionally correct service make this restaurant highly recommended. What is still missing in Oldenburg is a very good hotel the very good restaurant there is now....

We were eating in the silk pancakes and were served by the ambience and service. But....the food: basic products in organic quality deserve more imagination and taste in preparation. The food tasted fade and was unfortunately sweetly prepared. The celery schnitzel would have been happy with fresh herbs and a salad dressing, In a cocktail for at least 7, € should be at least some ice and a lemon slice and not just the bottle with the finished drink and a glass. We've paid two for the food around the 80, and that's clearly not worth it.

We have been more or less regular guests in the silk spa for a few years. Why? So far every dish we have eaten there was just delicious. Bioproducts are of course very important to us, but also regionality is respected (e.g. in meat). Particularly noteworthy is the excellent seasonal map. The dishes are served decoratively, because the eye is well known. All dishes are simply recommended. We haven't found anything yet that didn't taste us. The service team is super motivated and simply sympathetic. The wine card can also be seen, as well as a very good selection of spirits is offered. We are looking forward to our next visit to the Silk Spider
