The service at this restaurant is awful, as it requires customers to order through the Internet which has a terrible connection that is unusable. The operational method for ordering is not practical.

The restaurant was fairly quiet the main course came quickly food was ok, desserts were very good!! Would skip main course next time have just the dessert. Restaurant was cold as aircon was above us.

Good service and booked through The Fork so no hanging around. Have been here several times and never had a complaint but on this occasion fries were cold and bottom half of the bun was hard, as I said before never had an issue with the food so just assumed a one off.

If you're looking for a cool authentic Amercian Diner... then this is it. We were the only people there almost so service wasn't a problem. Very quick and food was reasonable. We made a reservation and were met with friendly faces, the food was absolutely delicious would definitely go again however the coleslaw that I ordered did not taste as great as the last time I ordered. Manager was lovely and always made sure that everyone was taken care of. Great atmosphere, great food.

Despite reading some slightly negative reviews beforehand, my family and I still decided to give this restaurant a try. We had to order our food at the bar since there was no table service that day. Our meals arrived quickly, but all at once, which was a bit overwhelming. The quality of the food was good, but we didn't see any other staff members checking in on us or asking if we needed anything else. I was surprised to find a 12.5% service fee added to my bill, over £10! Luckily, I had a discount of 30% off my food, otherwise, the experience wouldn't have been worth it. Overall, this place has a lot of potential, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Many thanks that we had this offer, as it was the disappointing diners and huge bill without offer buffered! for an American diner were the potion sizes pitiful. the adult buffalo burger was the same as the children's meal size and definitely not worth the advertised menu price. also the desert waffle had shrunk, which looked like it was either tinted or well prepared in advance.
