With Anna Starke and Juan Bächi, however, a well-established team has now been found, which will bring new life to the restaurant. On Saturday is the big opening. Eight years have passed since Anna Starke had left the superior seat. The Schönbacher had turned her home after school to go to the Dresdner Hotelfachschule. Then it went professionally to a small world trip: whether winery in South Africa, or gourmet restaurant in France, the Oberlausitzerin has come around a lot and has learned a lot. In St. Moritz she met her partner as a service manager, who was born in Chile, Juan Bächi. The learned cook has also worked in some kitchens worldwide. He now brings the accumulated experience to the Bieleboh. “We want to offer modern and traditional food at the same time,” says Juan Bächi. Swiss dishes, dishes from Chile and also some from Mediterranean cuisine should be included. The Neu-Oberlausitzer feels comfortable in the region, as he says. Since December he has been living here permanently and has prepared well for what the Oberlausitzer likes to eat. He got some impressions in restaurants in the area. The people of the region liked Juan Bächi immediately: “People here openly say their opinion,” says the 27-year-old. In Switzerland, people are more reserved. He was able to cook some guests here at private events. Apparently he met the taste of the people, because so far there has been only positive response for Bächi's cooking art as he reports. Anna Starke and Juan Bächi are now fulfilling a wish with their own restaurant: “As a cook, you want to implement your own ideas anyway,” says Bächi. Anna Starke sees a good team in them. He as a cook and she as a service force, that is the perfect mix. “Commonly, we are much easier to walk this step,” says Schönbacherin. On the plates of the guests, products from the surroundings are to land. Some companies have already found them as a supplier. The meat will come from Taubenheim – the company there has even created a new sausage for the bieleboh building. Before being opened on Saturday, the two have renewed the kitchen of the restaurant and adapted to its requirements. But they don't want to change much at the guest room to keep the original atmosphere. They will also retain the guest rooms on the upper floor. “Some people were afraid to change everything in here,” says Anna Starke. Instead, they want to redesign the beer garden with the barbecue in front of the building to be able to use it well in summer. They then also plan special events at the Bielebohbaude. There are already some ideas about this: special theme evenings, or even public viewing to the football-EM have them in mind for the warm season. The stage of the Bielebohverein next to the building is practical. However, the new operators do not want to change the old traditions of the building. On the men's day or even at Pentecost, there should be festivals. Anna Starke and Juan Bächi are looking forward to the first weeks. Es war schon ziemlich spät als wir zum Essen aufschlugen. Trotzdem bekamen wir alles und wurden super freundlich empfangen. Das Essen war wunderbar und es ist kein Standard was man in jeder Gaststätte bekommt was am Anfang anders war . Super das Kritik angenommen und umgesetzt wird/ wurde weiter so und die Gäste sind euch sicher.

although it is about the corner, we were recently in the mountain industry on the mountain bieleboh. there are additional menus where vegan food and food are listed for allergy patients. I had decided to make a hamburger (soya patty) and as an appetizer for cockerbsencreme in fladenbrot. that was the right choice, both were very good. we will soon return to this friendly mining industry.

have been looking for our visit to the omas in the tip of the hotel, as stammhotel was booked out, I think we have found a new master hotel, so friendly, so persnual, so attentive. the eating was very delicious (Christmas the room full in order (here air unfortunately also at zero,) breakfast can be seen and get in a hurry, the location- dreamed. we will win them a lot of success for 2017, continue to succeed, many gste and we will be happy to come back. solingen Voir le carte

Zu unserem Abendessen wurden wir von sehr freundlichem Personal begrüßt, welches uns den ganzen Abend hervorragend umsorgte. Die Auswahl der Gerichte ist für eine Bergwirtschaft außergewöhnlich gut und deren Qualität war wirklich eine Wucht. Da merkt man, dass der Koch mit Lust und Liebe sein Handwerk ausübt. Die Preise sind der Qualität des Hauses angemessen und bewegen sich im normalen Rahmen. Auch die Gasträume sind sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Rundherum ein gelungenes Gesamtpaket, welches wir nur wärmstens weiter empehlen können.
