Bianco Rosso Verdure

Have just eaten the most delicious meal here with my husband and 3 year old son. Can highly recommend to veggies, vegans and meat eaters alike. Very tasty, reasonable and in beautiful surroundings

My partner and I arrived here by chance (thanks Happy Cow! on a trip from Monterchi to Siena, and enjoyed a first rate tasting menu. We love high quality vegan food, and enjoyed that immensely at Bianco Rosso Verdure. We enjoyed 5 courses, including soup, vegetable tempura and falafel, tempeh and beans, and a delicious vegan tiramisu. The ambience was lovely, and the staff great. We can't wait to eat there again.

Epic food, beautiful restaurant, and great service. From welcoming us with a big smile when we arrived, all the way to the end, our host Eric made sure to make the evening very special. His great explanations and kind way of serving us made the night even more perfect. The food, created by chef Boet Berendsen and his second, is divine! This restaurant deserves way more than 5 stars. Everything is thought through, from the music to the ambience, truly a great experience. Grazie mille!

We had dinner here whilst on holiday in nearby Colle San Paolo.The restaurant is stylish with modern decor and a light airy feel.The menu was a set six course tasting style menu with portions large enough to leave you feeling fully satisfied.The food was of a very good quality and apart from the odd exception due to personal taste we all enjoyed all the courses.The service was friendly and attentive and the prices reasonable .we would definately visit here again if on holiday in the area

We visited the restaurant last night for the first time. It's not difficult to find vegetarian or vegan options in local restaurants but it made a pleasant change to find a restaurant that specialises in vegan cuisine. A fantastic modern venue with attentive, helpful staff. We each chose the tasting menu €28, plus coperto €2 each and drinks extra. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented. The Lungarotti white was a perfect accompaniment to our meals. Overall cost including a tip came to €160. Highly recommended.

fantastic location surrounded by greenery, near siena. lunch between friends, we liked every single dish: I vegan and the other 2 omnivorous diners have greatly appreciated the chosen dishes. I chose as appetizer a cocomero cooked as meat. something I never ate! I take the opportunity to advise everyone to eat different dishes every now and then try something never tasted before, at least not always eat the same things! spicy and seasoned eggplant was a pleasure of the senses. sweets have fantastic lunch closed (both for vegans and omnivores). We visited Bianco Rosso Verdure for lunch. As the only customers, service was quite slow. We ate outside in quite pleasant surroundings by a pool-side. The interior restaurant is modern and of nice decor. At 1:00 the local primary school had their noisy lunch break, a factor to consider during school-going months if you are eating outside. We chose one starter (tempura and one main (sedona . Both were nicely presented and of interesting flavors and textures. This was accompanied by a very nice lungarotti l'u white wine. Vegan restaurants where one can enjoy a full vegan menu are rare in the area, so we were delighted to give Bianco Rosso Verdure a try. The place is pleasant enough, the owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, her staff a little less. The restaurant serves also meat, fish and dairy, however, it was quite obvious that our party was of the vegan lot; nevertheless the waiter brought a breadbasket with different sorts of breads, some containing cheese and eggs. We, four people, visited on a Saturday evening, two of us are vegan. We ordered the tasting menu of five courses, €30 (including cover charge); this includes a good choice of dishes. It is reasonably priced for the quality of food. The antipasto was varied, including vegetables in tempura, three different dips, houmous with a falafel, and crunchy seitan (I think) delicious and innovative creation. Primo: a velvety squash type soup with a scattering of nuts; followed by ravioli with tomato sauce and Secondo: aubergine with parmesan type cheese, excellent, and pickled vegetables.
