"My husband and I enjoyed every meal and drink we had here over the years, we believe they make the best margaritas ever. Until today. We arrived at 4:30 pm to a half empty restaurant and picked a table outside in the shade (30°C today) to have our meal. After the waiter brought the menus, she came back to tell us that we were not allowed to sit at the 4 person table in the shade and we had to move to one of the 2 person tables which were in the sun and boiling hot- even though we pointed out that there were no other customers coming in and the restaurant was mostly empty. We had to give up our table. We ended up leaving the restaurant without eating simply because it was unbearably hot at the table that we were shown. It is upsetting to see that the staff cares more about the customers who may or may not come than the customers who are actually there and expecting to enjoy a meal."

we had a task for the school and we asked her to show her menu. they answered very kindly, gave us a place and offered us sweetness. I don't know if the food is good, but their service was amazing.

hottest place to start at the weekend. eating delicious, outstanding, tropical drinks plentiful, and staff very friendly, child and outgoing, always tailored to their customers. I strongly recommend reservation because the place is always busy / packed. even though, packed, they get their food on time.

We arrived at a fully booked Besitos, but were kindly offered a place to wait until a table became available. It proved worth the wait, as the tapas were delicious, and the amount of people made for a cosy atmosphere (only if you enjoy eating in a very busy place). The price is very reasonable for the quality of the food.
