The new chef and his team succeeded in offering us everynight a pleasant surprise of creative combinations of products looking good and tasting even better.

We had dinner on the terrace facing the outdoor scenery and the view was excellent! Being vegetarians, the food prepared by the hotel was excellent with a good variety. Would strongly suggest the hotel to consider adding the Pesto and Arrabiata pasta's to their regular vegetarian menu as they were delicious!

Hatte zuerst einen Salat vom Buffet und anschliessend Tartare frisch zubereitet und anschliessend noch ein Dessert. Alles sehr lecker, Tartare perfekt nach meinen Wünschen und Geschmack zubereitet. Wie im ganzen Hotel auch hier alle sehr freundlich. Top der Platz auf der Terasse mit Sicht auf den Eiger.Piano Musik im Restaurant, wäre jetzt eher nicht so mein Ding aber auch nicht störend.

We popped in without a reservation and were pleased to grab a table with lovely views overlooking the valley. We enjoyed the meat fondue with a well recommended bottle of wine price is what you would expect in Switzerland but service was top class and we felt exceeded the price point. The staff were seamless and attentive throughout and despite it being classy, we felt relaxed and welcomed throughout. Food was great and whilst meat fondue is very much a DIY experience, we added on a dessert to experience the chef's own work and I can only give it my full compliments. Highly recommend taking a step away from the main high street to find this hotel restaurant tucked away. Voir le carte
