"We arrived for an aperitif, after sitting there they told us that the oven was broken and that they were preparing something alternative. . . to the peanuts and chips they had finished. They brought us a cutter with slices, all in all they have recovered and we press the good intentions, but I say that after a year of forced closing, maybe an effort to be on the crest of the wave should do so. Just a little x a good result,Two olives,a bit of seasoned tomatoes,three slices of bread and a piece of cheese...the game is done! ! !"

beautiful wine bar, located in the center of thermal legs in a panoramic point. excellent evening aperitif with good quality of wines and food (very good peeled). very clean and young staff attentive to the needs of the customer. recommended!

I went back to the restaurant after a year because of bruises. I was surprised by the ice cream station at the entrance. ice cream is created artisanally and is very good, especially the stracciatella made with pieces of chocolate. very recommended.

We spent a week in Gambassi Terme and because of a very pleasant experience on our first visit to Beltempo we returned each day. Menu is fabulous with good authentic Italian dishes but it’s also nice to sit outside on the restaurants patio area with...a glass of wine or beer enjoying the ambience of the piazza.

This restaurant is situated at a beautiful little square in the heart of Gambassi Terme. Both locals and tourists like to go here. If you come by car, park it outside the old town. It’s just a 5 minute walk (through a beautiful park that’s...located near the square). Beltempo has a small menu with nice, fresh Tuscan food. The staff is very friendly. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. In the distance, looking over the hills, you’ll see the towers of the famous town San Gimignano.
