"The staff were all super hot on allergies and made adaptions to the menu to accommodate. I had the two courses menu for £12.99 and chose a sausage and chicken pizza with vegan cheese which was absolutely mouth wateringly delicious. I then had the vegan cookie dough with sorbet instead of ice-cream which was huge and even though I thought I'd never finish it, it was so good I polished it off in no time. I can't wait to visit again and explore the rest of the menu."

Always try to visit this restaurant when we visit lancaster to eat lunch it very child-friendly, offering inexpensive delicious food. the service is very good, always a welcoming atmosphere!

callum and craig made my experience 5*. amazing service was very fast and friendly! they asked us about allergies that were very well maintained. very patient with us as we had a bigger table. amazing eating also, but service was top animal!

Came in today for the opening after it’s been refurbished. Love how fresh and nice everything looks now and I also love the olive tree! Food was really nice, lots of vegetarian options. Staff were attentive and friendly. Had a fabulous time and will deffo go back. Voir le carte

The waiting time in this restaurant to be served was rather long. However, once we were served the food was good, you could tell that everything was made fresh. This place has all types of authentic Italian dishes. Considering everything, it’s a good restaurant to grab lunch or perhaps a nice dinner.

I had a nice meal in bella italia for birthday. eating was great, but the service was excellent. they were so busy that there was an almost constant waiting queue at the door, but the service remained unobtrusive and friendly. they decorated the table beautiful because I mentioned it was a birthday when I had booked what was a nice note.

Absolutely lovely place for a evening meal. Having an egg allergy sometimes makes eating out anxiety provoking but the provision put in place here is amazing. Also had some lovely servers in particular one gentleman (didn’t catch his name but he was tall and had a beard who sat down with us on our first visit to give us ideas of what to look at throughout Lancaster. Very pleased with the whole package provided by the team. :
