Bella Italia is a chain Italian which doesn't actually feel like a chainThe food is great quality and really tasty.

This was my first time at Bella Italia and the food and service was great. I was served by Joanna and she was lovely, and very attentive. This was a few days ago, not sure of the exact date, I left a big tip to show my appreciation. Will definitely be back soon!!! xx

The servers were attractive, however, we experienced long wait times and felt uncomfortable eating under the heating lamp for a while. Our past experiences at Bella Italia have been positive, so our feelings were mixed. Luckily, we were able to use a Taste Card for four people, which was great.

The dining experience was pleasant (we tried the breakfast menu), but it was difficult to flag down our server after placing our initial order. With only one waitress catering to the entire restaurant, the late morning rush on a Saturday seemed to overwhelm her, resulting in slightly lacking service.
